Though there's a "nice ambiance" in the lobby and rooms are "basically attractive" with a gift package that includes "eye mask and sleep CD", this hotel may be on the "downturn" say critics; "easy highway access", indoor and outdoor pools and a "friendly staff" don't make up for "worn" furnishings, "ripped" carpets, amenities that "need repair" and "outrageous street traffic noise."

Undergoing renovations; dirty carpet in room; lousy coffee in lobby.
It was easy to find, arrived after midnight; staff quite helpful. Apologized for renovations starting at 9 a.m. in floors above our room. Hotel in obvious need of upgrading. However, the bed/pillows were very comfortable and the linens were of good quality; bathroom was clean. The carpet in the room had multiple stains, did not want to walk barefoot. Room service came on time in the morning.
They called my room at 11.30 at night because they forgot to give me my credit card back.
It's a decent hotel that needs to be renovated but was well worth the low price I bid on the room.

The rooms heater/AC ran all night long and it was extremely loud.
